Idea Pouch PDF Sewing Pattern

$8.00

Use this PDF sewing pattern to sew a case for your iPad, Extra Large Soft Cover Moleskine, or other composition size notebook.

There are two compartments--a large open pouch at the back for your gadget or notebook and a second section on the front.

The pleated pocket has a built in pen slip pocket. The pleats allow the pocket to open up wider so it is easy to reach inside and it will also hold a lot more than a flat pocket.

It has an "interoffice memo" style closure using two buttons and ribbon. This is a great way to show off some big buttons and also gives the pouch more flexibility as far as how much it can hold. Twine or other types of cording can be substituted for the ribbon--just tie one end securely to one of the buttons.

This pattern is a paper & ink friendly 12-pages:

• 6-pages of text and color photo instructions

• 6-pages of pattern pieces

The pattern is in PDF format and is available for instant download once your payment is processed.

Intermediate Sewing Pattern: You are confident sewing, can work with multiple layers of fabric, and sew curves with some accuracy. This pattern is not suitable for beginners. Please get in touch if you need help selecting a pattern for your skill level.
