Templates for the handle pieces for the Grocery Bag pattern are now available!

People all over the world have made these simple to sew and endlessly useful market bags (some people have made hundreds of them!) using the Grocery Bag pattern. If you make these bags over and over, you will appreciate having these clear templates to make things even easier.

These are 1/8” clear cast acrylic. Use them to cut multiple layers of fabric with a rotary cutter, or trace around them with your favorite fabric marker and then cut out your pieces.

They are marked with the grainline, being able to see through them makes fussy cutting easy, and the strip of color on the lower edge of each template represents the seam allowance where the bag meets the handle.
